Kenya Bungee Jump

Kenyan people have a reputation as being adventure seekers and a premier adventure destination. Bungee Jumping is a tradition practiced by many Kenyan youngsters.

This, combined with tourist demand for adventure helped create East Africa's first Bungee Jumping operation on the banks of kenya's Tana River.

These Bungee jumping adventures, locally known as Bungeewalla now offers high adrenaline jumps at the campsite, where you can also indulge in White Water Rafting.

BUNGEE JUMPING IN KENYA

Bungee jumping involves jumping from bridges or towers with your ankles attached to a long rubber bungee cord. Kenya's bungee is from a specially constructed 60 meter tower over the Tana River. Jumpers climb the tower attached to a safety rail and once at the top, they are fitted with the bungee cord and then take the plunge over the rushing waters of Tana river.
